Respkt.com allows you to login via the Twitter OAuth open protocol service. Basically Respkt.com asks Twitter to confirm that you are one of their registered users. More information can be found at oauth.net or in the excellent Beginner's Guide to OAuth from Hueniverse.

You can send the precious resource that is Respkt from this form. Respkt is not a commodity! As a registered user you can give respkt once a day. Give us your email and a some tags and we'll up that to a maximum of five a day.
You can also send respkt through Twitter directly from their website or from your favorite Twitter application. Just format your tweet like this
@respkt to @user reason
For Example
@respkt to @jane for nobel prize
That's all there is to it.
A scarce resource is valuable and a little respkt goes a long way. Choose wisely :-)
